dammit. i expected a LOT better from Akart. 7 chapters in and I can’t take anymore of this drivel. narrator sounds like a weak AI. I guess Kevin Pierce said “hell no!” I want a refund.
boring as ballz

The weird clipped narration, bizarre vowel vocalizations, abominable French pronunciation (is it really that hard to look up how to pronounce “Aix”?? Like, Google it!), insulting caricatures of all women’s voices… I could go on. Frankly, I don’t know how to evaluate the quality of the writing or the story itself, so distracted was I..
I’ll admit, I’ve been a fan of Bobby Akart since his very first series. Since, I’ve devoured everything he has written, interacted with his social media posts and even made personal connections with him and his wife…though only through brief electronic communications. This book by far is the closest to reality that I have read..
I cannot believe all the hype. This book was terrible. It was not the violence or the F bombs. I like that. Jace was annoying and the author would repeat words three times. Made it to book 4. And all the Bro’s in that made me look for the delete button.
Allow me to share my thoughts on this audiobook series. As I delved into the third installment, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the twists and turns it offered, far surpassing my initial expectations. The author adeptly crafts a narrative filled with suspense, keeping listeners eagerly anticipating each new development. While some aspects may seem..
This was not my favorite BA story BUT I will read the next chapter. Though thorough in introducing the characters, I feel Book 1 drug on a bit long. I am a huge BA fan and believe the next installation will pick up the pace!!!
This is the complete journey of our main characters Quinton Rossi and Aspen Mather. Both are sent to Corium University – a school where the kids of the mafia go to learn about all things and make connections – but the rule is – you can’t kill. Seems anything and everything else is free game..
I often felt like I missed a chapter the way the narration went. The performance didnt feel cohesive.
I really enjoyed this, the narration was great they really brought these characters to life, I love dark bully romances and this one took the cake, make sure to check TW, loved the authors world building and character development
How irritating Taylor was. Her stupidity and manipulations were so off putting. Iilyia had her pegged but she refused to listen as she was obsessed with her sister’s happiness, refused to see she ruined everyone’s happiness. It dragged out way too long.
