This is book 11 in Carr’s Wilder Irish series and another wonderful addition to the series but can easily be read/listened to as a standalone. The dual narration talents of Lee Daniels and Connor Brown were fantastic and really brought not only our main characters but all to life. Our main characters here are Darcy..
Going after what she wants, Darcy refuses to stop until she convinces Ryder to give them a chance. Once Ryder comes to terms with the drama from his past, he and Darcy find their HEA they both deserve. Great narration by Lee Daniels and Connor Brown. Love this big Irish family by Mari Carr.
Very good plot and realistic interactions and conversations. Too bad the author didn’t go into far more detail and plot development. It’s only 5+ hours long and could easily be 10+ with minimal effort. An audiobook this short is barely worth a credit. Don’t care for the narrator too much. Sounds like a smart ass..

Loved the main characters. Narrator was ok but used a clipped flow which didn’t seem to match the flow of the story.
This is an age gap romance with a great sense of friendship and family. Loved the characters and how well the story flow was. I enjoyed reading this story. The narration was done really well.
I am completely enjoying this series by Mari Carr. This time we get a hopeless romantic (Darcy) and love isn’t real (Ryder) storyline. Ryder lost his wife four years ago, and Darcy fell for him afterwards. She has waited for him to notice her while working with him at his company as well as his..

Great story – talented narrator but some parts were hard to understand due to speaking too quickly (or post-production)
Captivating story and engaging reader made this an enjoyable listen. I recommend this to other people.
