I can overlook a lot of left leaning talking points, but when they start making false claims about January 6th – Claims repeatedly proven false – I doubt the authenticity of the journalists in the story. It’s a shame, this could have been a good book but they let politics prevent them from being unbiased..

I loved this book by Bobby Akart. I also loved the characters. I can’t wait for the next book by this author. I would recommend this book and all of Bobby’s books. I listened to this book on audiobook.

So disappointing. Full disclosure: I did not make it through this book. I hung in for 3/4 of the story but I found the characters a bit flat. The plot holes and over explaining of some of the science weren’t the worst part… it felt like a bad romance novel. Two model looking people falling..

I love Bobby Akart books, BUT

The storyline seemed a bit thrown together and cheesy….which overall was fairly easy to overlook if the narrator had been good, but that narrator was awful. To me, he sounded like he was speed reading. I’ve grown accustomed to Kevin Pierce, and this guy didn’t even come close.

Great blending of real world characters complete with their own traits, fears, and beliefs. Good blend of story/character development, intense action, and human frailties of love in trying times.
