This book was okay! I didn’t love or hate it. I thought it was a bit slow up until the last 40% of the book. Narrators did fantastic! I was hoping to get more of Jude’s POV in the book but we only got it in the prologue and the epilogue.

I was engrossed on this book. I really enjoyed it. I recommend it. A story set in winter in this time of the year, what’s not to like. An EMP during a winter storm it is a horrible scenario but a great story.

The story was decent if you could overlook the overly patriotic overly religious and overly MAGA characters! IT IS THE GULF OF MEXICO not The Gulf of America! If you truly detest the conservative politics of this MAGA influenced book (Iran with nuclear weapons? PLEASE!)…..DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BOOK! This is a DNF for me..
