I enjoyed this title the second time through. I don’t know why I didn’t the first time. It’s funny and action packed. Andrew Wehrlen could slow down just a tad, but otherwise he did a great job.

Its getting hard to find a good long ZAP series an even harder to find one that is worth the listen but this series an the authors that write it are well proven so i recomend it an ive gotten through ALOT of zombie apocalypse end of the word b.s..
This is a good book, but not as good as some of Zandri’s others. I recommend getting this book as part of the Jack Marconi boxed set, where you can get two other stories (both of which I liked better than this one) for a single credit. That said, this book is still a solid..
This is a well assembled thriller/mystery, with some great characters. Some of these appear in some of Zandri’s other series, which you can expect since they are almost all set in the same city. I particularly like Blood…a great sidekick for any PI. Main character is your typical hard-drinking good looking alpha male PI. Basically,..
A different kind of book to listen to. I enjoyed that the narrator performed great, and told the story as it was written. Just as you would expect the Mech Corp unit to talk.
The story line was predictable, but the characters were unique. I like the tattoo aspect of it and “the club” added some old School drama. The flow of the story gets a little awkward at times, but I grew to like the switching of the perspectives. I, however, did not enjoy the narrators. They were..
I was lucky enough to have gotten a free code from the author of this book. I am volunteering to leave this review. Great audio book plenty of twist and turns.
This is the second in the Roak series. Much like the first, Roak gets a bounty and things don’t work out. The galaxy just hasn’t realised that if you don’t mess with Roak everything will be so much better. They are starting to learn that in this book. Roak is forced into searching for a..
Jack “Keeper” Marconi Book 73 boys hold up a man at gunpoint; a day later he is found dead and remained a cold case. 35 years later, one of the boys wants to confess, one wants to keep the secrets buried, and one is dead. PI Jack ends up on the case with a detective..
As always the best story that I have listened to. Enough suspense to keep you lost in the characters. The narrator had a wonderful voice.
