A simple YA style series that tries to be more but doesn’t have the framework to do it. Maybe if there was more fleshing out of the stories and characters, I would be more drawn in but sadly no. I good series for a younger audience that wants an easy listen.

The story was good. Personally, I didn’t like the female narration at all. The male narrator had a great deep voice, but I didn’t care for the way he read the characters. In this case, I would have rather read the books than listened to them.
