This story pulled me in from the very first chapter. It’s a heartbreaking yet beautiful second-chance romance that really tugs at the emotions. this is an excellent story and kept me listening till i was finished. it doesn’t surprise me ,Andy wehrlen did a bang uo job with the audible.
I love the characters and the family dynamics! Bobby Akart has a way with dialogue that really pulls the reader into his stories. I’ve visited many of the places detailed in this series and Akart’s writing accurately describes them. It’s after 3:00 am. Just finished listening to the 3rd book in the series and now..
A little predictable but an entertaining listen. ends on a cliffhanger and worth it enough to want to listen to book two
Kind of mundane. I lost interest a lot. I had to keep going back a few chapters bc I lost my place. Just couldn’t keep my attention. The narrators were excellent and the actual writing itself was good. Just the storyline was kind of boring. The TW is domestic violence (FMC’s ex who does resurface)..
The narrator is actually quite good, especially when acting out the voices. I have a hard time listening and hearing his voice. I think his annunciation, could use some work. Bobby, as always, is a super good writer!
Riveting as usual! Bobby never disappoints!!! He is the smartest man I know!! Read this and all his series!
