This is my first zombie book and I listened to this book before the first book. This may be why I initially liked the audio book. I am not use to this type of narration and writing style. I will definitely give it another listen. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my..

Better than I expected.
Review from Five Roads to Texas →
I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator. This wasn’t quite what I expected, it was even better! I thought it would be more of an anthology book, considering there were five different authors involved, so there would be five individual stories but that’s not what..
Five Roads to Texas by W.J. Lundy, Brian Parker, Rich Baker, Joseph Hansen, Allen Gamboa and narrated by Andrew B. Wehrlen is just an excellent new take on the Zom Poc Genre. There are times when a collaboration of five authors can be a real mess to listen be this is not one of them…
A Delightful Tale
Review from Young Chase Baker and the Cross of the Last Crusade: A Young Chase Baker Thriller →
Another delightful Chase Baker tale but this time it’s a look at young Chase! It was quite the entertaining listen and is one of the best Young Adult books I have listened to. I love the older Chase Baker but learning about the younger years was a lot of fun. If you haven’t checked out..
Five Roads to Texas – Collaborations are difficult to pull off but this one certainly works, It’s got everything – fast paced, action packed, great characters, bad guys and heroes. I nearly went 5* across the board but held a little back because of the ending. Andrew’s narration is a masterclass in narration of post..
Five Roads to Texas
Review from Five Roads to Texas →
I read reviews about this book and maybe had my hopes a little high. I wanted the love it and have it be something more than just another zombie book but that is all I got out of it. To be fair, if I had read this years ago I would have probably loved it…
Another great Lockwood series
Review from Zombie Armageddon →
This is a good first book In the series. I would have liked to see a bit more action but pretty sure book two will start out with some. Mathew is a smart leader but there are a few things I think he should have known or thought about already. I don’t see the characters..
great listen
Review from Five Roads to Texas →
The few collaborative fictions I’ve consumed recently have been less than impressive (exceptions being James A. Corey and most of Sean Platt’s collaborations). Five Roads came as a refreshing surprise, and it reminded me to not give up on genres or writing styles that may have disappointed me in the past. Five Roads is one..
3rd book in this series
Review from Zombie Decimation →
I really enjoyed this 3rd book in this zombie series. This was probably my favorite so far. The continuing story of these characters kept me entertained from start to finish. The narrator did a very good job on both the male and female voices. I received this audiobook for free for an honest review.
