The series of events that built the story were well thought out. Mr Wehrlen did an excellent job of narration. The voice differences were superb. Recommended for 17 years or older due to strong language and sexual suggestiveness.

I thought when i got this that it would be amusing stories from a dad’s point of view, but that isn’t what i got. Most of these stories i didn’t really find as a comedy, it’s more every day life and the struggles a lot of parents, not just dad’s, come across in the day..

I love finding a good book with the right narrator. These are fast-paced, fun adventures with some fascinating characters. To top it off, the narration is excellent! My only issue with these books: While I understand Chase Baker is a brave, adventurous and apparently handsome man, I find it unbelievable that every woman he encounters..
The narrator has weird pauses but once you get used to it, around chapter 4, the story gets fun. Rough start but nice finish. Heart-pounding action and something nice for the ladies too.

The book started slow but it picked up as it progressed. I kept thinking the author would bring something new or a twist that I did not see coming but unfortunetly not. This book for me is predictable, however, it is not a bad read and others might like it.
