Topical, well written, narration is tedious(sorry). The chauvinistic bent is hard to ignore..MEN save the day while women fall to pieces😣…please..stop!!Maybe the characters will develop to become less stereotypical of a male’s rendition of ‘roles’. Maybe the nausea will resolve.It gets a response though and that shows contact with the reading audience.

Not no if I liked this book. The story was centered around more around the history and not enough in the romance or current day. It didn’t make me feel like I could get to know the characters so I wasn’t really attached to anyone. Also the female voice actor was really throwing me off…
