I’m glad this is fiction because that Omega is what we hate in bottoms: stupid, weak, and don’t know a thing about self respect, no story here, you want a (very long) sex thriller? This is your book. The alphas are also weak in consent and they solve everything with sex, no plot. Why two..
This book effectively captures the hard scrabble life of CIA operatives in a war torn middle eastern country. It’s especially interesting to read this following the recent (2024) ouster of Assad from Syria. I sometimes had trouble keeping track of the various Syrian characters when listening to the audio recording. Might have been easier to..

Weak final book in a less than exciting series. Horrible ending. I kept going back and re-listening to the last 5 chapters certain that I must have missed something. Nope. It is like Akart just gave up on the storyline and characters in this book. Very disappointing for someone who has purchased dozens of books..
Lucy Rivers and Connor Brown bring this intense, raw, and emotionally charged story to life with powerful narration that perfectly captures the characters’ trauma, resilience, and chemistry. It’s a dual narration. Honor endures unimaginable abuse at the hands of her husband, Gideon, a dangerously powerful DA. Her escape from his clutches sets the stage for..
This is 21 hours of hardcore kink with the thinnest possible plot connecting sex scene to sex scene. I could talk about the lack of consent for the entire first half of the book, how repetitive the writing, or the rushed relationship development, but the truth is, I’m not interested enough. Even with some decently..
Fantastic storyline that doesn’t get lost in people’s feelings or PC relationships and feelings. Ha Sticks to the plot and moves along fantastic. On to next three books. Looking forward to more. Great narrative too
If I had to hear them reference the way those two met one more time…I’m not a fan of this in-love-because-looks thing that’s old and overdone. They’re both gorgeous, able-bodied White men, so they have so much in common? I really don’t understand why this couple feels they have to be together, and it’s frustrating.
