The characters and plot line are fairly shallow. Pretty sure I won’t be reading anything else from this author.

The book is a page-turner, fast-paced action thriller. Great for long haul flights but also excellent for anyone interested in recent Syrian history. For a person with British or international English accent, I disliked the accent of the narrator, which was too regional American. I would prefer a broadcasters accent.

Mixed feelings about this one. I liked Elias from previous book, but on this one he acted extremely immature. Zeke’s character was hot, sexy cuban with an accent? Yes please! The shower scene? Oh lord! So hot! If you struggle with miscommunication, do not read this, it was very frustrating.
