Another good story about Melanie and her adventures. I listened on Audible. The narration was good -except I really disliked the quavering voice used for Aunt Peg. She is a very strong character and the voice didn’t suit her in my opinion.

A great story! The author surprises me with who the actual villain will be.

Whole chapters were just additional info that wasn’t helpful. The final escalation felt like one long ramble. You’ve already got 2 protagonists; why not add more point of views? It was sad to see the heartbreak. I also thought some of the choices of the MC were off and more of a double standard. Aside from that, the story was good.

I’m thoroughly enjoying this series. It is fun and spooky at the same time. The characters are so interesting.

LOVE Mel and Aunt Peg !! They trouble they get into, the boys growing up, and poor Sam lol. Can’t wait to listen to the next book ❤️

This book was a little piece of paradise mixed in with intrigue. I loved the floral language with its vivid colors and scenes. The end was a surprise just as a mystery should be. Can’t wait to listen to the next book in the series!

The characters were likable without a lot of cliche. The characters are also very interesting with good stories all on their own.
