Was having a hard time getting into it, and chapter 11 revealed it to be a child transgender story, and that was the nudge I needed to move on to something else.Narrator was good.

Pure southern joy and of course darkness too. But It went by much to fast. Wish there was more! Love wins.

Nothing was necessarily wrong with this (except for the final sentence), but neither was anything special.

This story allows readers to see what returning veterans go through after many of the memories that they can’t seem to get through. The memories that change their lives and make them hard to understand, why they react to noises or actions of others that we don’t understand.

I enjoyed this book. I am from the area so having a place like Estes Park and Lyons that I’m very familiar with also helped, but the story was very cute.

I ended up enjoying this much more than I thought I would, Colleen Shogan seems to really know her way around the capital in addition to how devious the House and Senate actually work.

I enjoyed the first one enough to purchase this one. This was a wasted credit. It’s a hodgepodge storyline that does not work. The added vulgarity is distasteful.

I love the story…I really do. I got through the first one with the absolute worst narrator and moved on to this one since there was a new narrator only to find out that there was an even WORSE narrator. I gave up about an hour in when the character with the southern accent made..
