it was okay and I had a hard time to finish listening to it it was almost boring. but I was busy working and I did not have time to look for another book
I tried 3 x through several months.I just can’t get beyond 5 chapters.I will try the written version. This narrator just can’t set up the story line for me to even feel the characters.
Loved the story and Watson is adorable but Fred’s voice is too young sounding for a woman 38 years old.
As I listened to this book, I realized I picked the murder a few lines after the murder. then it just kept going. I pondered stopping the book after that as it droned on. I then looked at the time left and realized i was almost done. The reader sounds too young for character. All..
Not as good as the Tourist Trap mysteries and wonderful narrator there. But somewhat better then the narrator for her other series Cat Latimore narrator! It’s hard to get into a story when the narrator isn’t that great – story I think would be better if better narrated
This was a great book. I enjoyed it very much. I have never read any of Mildred Abbott books before but I liked this mystery. Angie Hickman did excellent with the narrating too.
….And Not my kind of funny…Can’t even finish this book….The characters are savages. One redeeming character is the young orphan girl, but that’s not enough for me.
This was a cute, light mystery with quirky characters, humor and a loveable corgi! This was a good summertime audio!
Ok…this has me thinking that Mildred Abbott has become one of my favorite authors! this audio book was fun to listen to.
Oh, I loved listening to this cozy murder mystery. the corgi is certainly the boss in this house with his lovely mistress doing everything she can to make him happy while solving crimes.
