Richard Chizmar is a master storyteller. A Long December takes the reader on a rollercoaster ride. It is right up there with Stephen King’s Different Seasons. Both are must reads.

try turning play speed up to 1.5 x to make the book bareable. your welcome.

this is a great addition to the store in line. actually opens up so many more avenues to the story. I’m continued reader of the series and I will continue to be. hopefully I don’t have to wait that long for another.

looking forward to more from this author. I cannot believe that non of his books have been adapted into movies or series yet. simply brilliant

The series hit stride on this one, author clearly liked P5 enough to try an in medias res and start in a prison. Comes out with a huge climax and doesn’t stop hitting.
