The premise is really interesting, but the writing isn’t very good and the narrator is worse. It’s the type of story where you’ll keep listening and downloading future books because the original plot line has so much promise, but unfortunately it never quite delivers what you are hoping for.

loved this book even more than the last…..my goodness that endingkeep going if you finished book 1, only gets better

General Yeager’s story proves if you have the motivation you can do just about anything if you put your mind to it. Thanks for sharing your story.

This book was very suspenseful. The author and the narrator did a good job describing the worlds, the background, developing and voicing the characters. I normally listen to other genre’s but, loved anime like Log Horizon and SAO. I skeptically bought this and was completely blown away. I finished this in four days and moved on to book 2. It’s awesome.

This book is a cross between Enders Game and Ready Player One. Travis Bagwell is an exciting author.

Better than some other books in the genre. Unlike the other Bagwell books, the narrator finally sounds like it could represent the age of the protagonist. I liked the character and the magic. it was entertaining and mostly enjoyable. Things I didn’t like include; Some of the game functions seemed really unlikely…. like people writing..

I love AO series, but I felt this book a little too slow and the history did not caught me on as the previous books but it was ok, specially with the narrative, I think David Stifel does an excellent job.
