this book seem to focus more on the games corporates red tape an secrets an getting the game back up an going. to me not much happen in it an found my self bored at points an then not wanting to put it down. so it is a roller coaster of fun an boring thus..
Well damn was that a great installment! Can’t believe that the author went there with the whole time thing but it still work out and made the story worth the credit! Can’t wait for the next story!
Maybe it’s just me but like a large number of other series of books it seems like it either lost its original meaning or ideas. It’s not the same hell maybe part of it is the time between! It’s not what I been waiting for hoped for 😒
At times becomes a political rant for left-wing American democrats. Unnecessary additional details that do nothing for the story. Random and pull you out of the story.
This is such a good series in general and this book is a good addition to it, the twists in the end were excellent. Can’t wait for the next one.
I loved this series right up to the last two books. Happy and Armageddon are akin to Highlander 2 and Starship Troopers 2…sequels to very successful earlier versions that never should have seen the light of day. I kept listening through both hoping that he was actually leading up to something solid, only to have..
So many bad metaphors. The narrator changed voices for the same character several times. Not great. The story was just boring and, without giving away any spoilers, wasn’t really consistent in either science or theology.
As someone who has listened to this series multiple times I felt like this book was a return to the form that made me fall in love with this series in the first book. Jason being Jason doing amazing Necromancer things and causing chaos in various ways. It also was an wonderful way to introduce..
