This book, if you can slog through it, will give you an idea of a disaster scenario of what climate change might cause. For me, that was its only value. It was sometimes difficult to follow given how it jumps around. And was just not enjoyable to listen to – some of the readers were..
this book takes place in Ernst Cline’s ready player one and two univers. and it’s not terrible, but it’s also not good. When and how you learn about “red screening” (a plot element used to raise the stakes) is completely preposterous. it’s like the author wanted things to be a little more exciting about two..

Hard to follow when the story was constantly jumping back and forth in time. Hard to follow the characters.
I’m a true crime addict. Love Gregg Olsen, Anne Rule, Steve Jackson andJohn Douglas. But, this one is currently my favorite. Absolutely fascinating and so well delivered. Huge thumbs up!!
I skipped maybe 2 or 3 that didn’t hold my attendance but other than that, great series! Some will make you cringe, some feel uncomfortable and some all I could say was “Wow” at the end…imagining it as a movie (especially the last one!!!)
There is plenty to enjoy. There might be some less than enjoyable moments. This is all up to the reader. Don’t let someone persuade you from getting and or enjoying this book.

The Reader/Listener is given an extensive overview of rituals, tricks, and useful advice on how to utilize any kind of magic..
