This was a bit slow to get started- but about 1/3 of the way it really picked up! I loved how Charlie adapted to space and his training and time with different alien groups. It was fast paced and funny- I’m definitely going to read the next one!

Good enough to keep reading. But then those books aren’t great either. First the whole story lacks intelligent detail. Based around a “Genius” who took credit for building an amazing ship, yet we did not get any details about the ship. We didn’t get cru size. The rest of the books continue in this lack..
It’s okay. Not good enough to be hard to put down but not bad enough to make it work to get through. The main character seems to go stupid for plot reasons. He almost never uses his Earth skills at all.
