You have to suspend reality completely to read this book. Normally I can do that for the sake of a great story. I just couldn’t get there with this one. Not enough of the plot seemed remotely plausible for me to enjoy this book.
There is a lot of ideology mixed in this book, some made sense to me, some not. Chapter 82 really sounded like a Communist Manifesto. And not much interest to the plot.
Boring stories that never improve. Maybe 2 worth listening. Performance was very good, can only read what your given.

I listened to this book during a long drive, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It kept me unsure about what would happen next. The characters were flawed and interesting. Highly recommend.

Extremely distracting and at times confusing having eleven different narrators sometimes performing the same characters but with different accents and cadences. Gave it 2 stars primarily for the companion Dog story. All the other stories were lame! Two were absolute trash.
