Well done, not just fluff. Very encouraging ideas about difficult issues. Very thought provoking. Wirth reading.

Most interesting as a story about how to kill capitalism, though it didn’t convince me that’s a good idea. The framework of it was interesting to listen to. Maybe I’m misinterpreting the intent, but it seems this novel is an argument. It’s ok as a polemic, but I didn’t care for it as a novel…
MFTF was recommended to me by a good friend, and I really wanted to love it, because of its topic. I thought the novelistic parts were promising (the description of the heat wave in India was incredible) but were ultimately lost in the extended polemic. I gave up about halfway through.
This is sweet, sometimes funny, and makes you feel the emotions. it is also well written and has more depth than a lot of shifter books
After the first book I was stuck wondering about all the reviews claiming the MC being OP, like when and where? In a nutshell and even in the second book he is just some normal player who’s brain just happens to let them level a little faster, that’s about it. As for his running in..
Beautiful, thoughtful character and story development. The voices were a good fit and allowed me to sink into the story.
I loved the use of different voices for different characters. So beautifully read. Fantastic references to the literature of our time common past. So many different topics vital to understand for the future of our planet, and so well described.
Enjoyed the story overall, and narrated well. The one chick repeatedly saying “shit a dick” got real old real fast. Kind of put a turd in the oatmeal, so to speak, but to each his own.
Hunter’s Games was one of those stories that I thought I was going to be able to predict (just a bit) from the way the last book went. But, boy, was I absolutely wrong. Sumner took what he built in the first Adrian Hell book and ran with it. This one includes so many different..
Loved this book! Kept my interest, the characters were interesting, and the story line was great. Paulina and Liam did a great job narrating. Will definitely be checking out more books by Cate!
