Very fun and entertaining. Keeps you riveted all the way through, But thinking Rock should have a imaginary pet in the empty space to talk to like a Platypus.
Awesome book

Reminds me of Sir Terry Pratchett, which is the highest honor that can be given. Want more and will re-read this one. SBTL did an exceptional job.
I like a power fantasy as much as the next guy, but this was terrible. The main characters were so wooden I thought someone gave them a Marionette debuff. I could not believe half the things they did. One example, if I woke up in a strange man’s car and he told me we were..
the Mc is a whiny moron. i can’t stand the blatant indecisiveness of the seting if the game has been modified to house people’s mind and not be traumatic for them then why is the first part of the story about be stuck on a slave ship to be sold as a possible sex slave…
This is a great book that mixes magic and cultivation. But the main reason I am writing this review is so everyone knows that at the very end of the book you can get a recipe for the cookies and I like that. But the book is really fantastic however be aware that this skeleton likes..
Overall I enjoyed the book, the performances, as usual from this group are TOP TIER. Im really interested in monster evolution stories, where a monster evolves and grows during the story, and while this does happen in this book, a vast chunk of this story is muddied with a Drow/Dwarf war where the MC is..
the book had a lot of intrigue and world building. the dynamics between the characters was great except one character who I won’t name as it’s a spoiler but their childishness gets really really annoying very quickly lol. all in all it was a good start.
