Book 2 left the story in a bit of a cliffhanger, and I am glad to say book 3 brought about a satisfying conclusion to the majority of events. That being said, the universe and writing is some of the best in the dungeon genre and I hope/wish the author writes more in this setting..

It’s almost like someone from the land of Xanth decided to write a tale of ancient gods and cultivation masters. Definitely getting better at the punishment wisdom imparted to the listener, and you’ll even catch a good many that are left in the background to simmer and pop out to give you a good groan..
This story not only is creative and engaging but the performance is one of the best I have experienced on audible. You can really feel how this is the beginning of a legend.
