Nothing happens again
Review from To Fire Called →
Once again nothing happened. It was another menu and laundry list. So disappointed, I enjoyed the ‘share’ books.
I’ve always really enjoyed the author’s stories. The ones I listened to before, he narrated personally. While I’m not usually a huge fan of that, he has a terrific voice, and I’d come to associate it with these characters. The narrator was very good, but I did struggle in the beginning to move beyond that,..
Would I recommend this book? I will start out with the conclusion, just for the people who tend not to spend the effort to read an entire review. Yes, I recommend this book. It’s quite short with it’s 10 hours and quite entertaining. It somehow reminded me a bit of ‘Off to be a wizard’….
Story did not really move anywhere. I don’t feel like we accomplished enough. I really love all the other books in the series, but this one just felt lacking.
Enjoyable book. Sci-fi assassin whose given up his memories for 10 years to become an elite assassin. At the end of 10 years, if he lives, he’s to get his life and memories back. Some memories have started to ‘leak’ through, and he begins a search for who he was before the memory wipe. Of..
But very disappointed that the next one is not available on audio book yet. Hope audible gets a feature to announce next available soon.
A good tale of a hunt for a lake dwelling legend/myth. Well developed storyline and characters. Some unexpected twists..Well written and the narration is first class.A good & and entertaining read . Highly recommend.I received a free copy of this audio book in exchange for an honest reveiw.
When you read the blurb you can see "shares" of a certain book, but this audio is way better! I’m a sucker for a dominant broody billionaire tycoon when it’s done right and Krystina wasn’t a push over female lead. It is a cliffhanger, but I really got into the story and can’t wait to..
It started out interesting, then came a slow spot, then it got really interesting. It ended satisfactorily, but left room for sequels to follow the same, or different, veins. I was given a free review copy audiobook at my request by the narrator and have voluntarily left this review.
