I absolutely cannot get enough of John Pickett! He’s settling into married life in this listen and the growing pains have begun. The aristocratic life is an acquired taste and as John muddles through, another murder needs his deft hand (and head.) This was a simple mystery but therein lies the genius. No spoilers though…
I’ve listened to a lot of gay romance stories. This one is my favorite so far. It’s written in a realistic, heartfelt way without being silly or sappy. These characters are easy to relate to If you’ve ever experienced heartache or loss. I highly recommend it.
