Would you listen to Cronin’s Key again? Why? Absolutely! NR Walker has written a fantastic book with strong three dimensional characters brought to life by the incomparable Joel Leslie! A detective is attacked and a man tries to save him, but gets shot instead. As the man lay dying, he tells Alec to find Cronin..
This story just keeps getting better and better with each installment! The Necromancer’s Dilemma is book 2 in The Beacon Hill Sorcerer series and needs to be read/listen to in order and truly, you don’t want to miss book 1, it’s just amazing! Angel, Simeon and the crew (Isaac, Daniel, Millie and Eroch, the most..
The combination of N.R. Walker and Joel Leslie is truly magical. Cronin and Alex draw you in and you never want to leave their world. Add to that the great supporting characters and you get a story to be listened to over and over.
Another great story from SJ Himes. I love the world she has created I’m this series and can not wait for the next installment. Joel Leslie narrates well and really brings the characters alive.

Alec and Cronin’s chemistry is hot, although very quickly developed. I usually prefer a slower burn but their attraction worked within the plot. And this..
From the blurb, I wasn’t totally enthusiastic about this book, but people are raving about it in Facebook groups. And I can never pass up a Joel Leslie book. It languished in my library for a few weeks before I listened though. OMG! Why did I wait? The story is so engaging, I was tempted..
Slow to get started. When the heroine and the hero finally arrive in the same place the action begins. A rather mannered portrayal of the time but still fun to listen to. The narrator does a good job but I had problems this book with portrayal of the 26 year old heroine and a 14..
