This got its hooks into me! Normally not a fan of ghost stories, but this is not your typical ghost story and I could not stop listening!
I think the storyline and the characters are entertaining. There are occasional small plot holes, and I do think that the author could have trimmed some of the redundant bits. However, generally it was a fun listen. I really enjoyed the work of the guy who reads the books.
I enjoyed the characters and story line generally. It’s definitely entertaining and the guy who reads it does an excellent job. I do think there’s a bit of repetition in the narrative, but it’s still a fun story. Especially worth a try because the whole series is currently available as “included with membership” so you..
Generally I liked the book. I enjoyed the characters and the plot was entertaining. I liked that the book had spicy moments, but they worked within the narrative. Love the start of another Community of Species series! This is gonna be fun – love the demons in the town and set up for the series – as well as Asher and Garrett. Also always, Joel Leslie’s narration is stunning!!

I didn’t know much about this book going in, except that it was from Lily Morton an author whose book I have enjoyed in the past. The latest being After Felix, and Charlie Sunshine. The fact that the main protagonists are middle age, made the story a little more interesting to me since I most..
So I am a HUGE fan of this series but the male narrator leaves quite a bit to be desired. He does not deliver the Princes of Hell very well…. I don’t believe I will purchase the rest of this series with this narrator.
