I thoroughly enjoyed Kit and Ethan’s adventures. The narration really made this story so much fun. He perfectly captured Kit’s snarky, dramatic tone and Ethan’s more calm demeanor. I’m impressed with his pronunciation of all the old Aztec names as well.

Honestly, I just love this authors work in general. This story tackles real life issues like mental disorders, sexual assault, and eating disorders and keeps those topics serious, as well as addressed; which is SO rare! But, it also balances it out with a lot of cute, heartfelt moments and all the characters felt genuine..

It took me a minute to get used to the narrator but then I liked him. I love that the characters constantly come back so it feels like you’re reading one long story.
Decent story but lacking emotions. No real angst. The narrators do a great job considering what they had to work with.

I love Ravi and Sora’s story. Ravi is a favorite of mine and Sora really is the perfect mate. The narration is as perfect here as with all the books
I *despise* any toxic behavior being glamorized/romanticized and always gladly share my opinion. The whole consent thing was a non-issue for me because the writing was so inconsistent, nonsensical, sub-par resulting in a literary disaster, undeserving of even being called a novel. And, no I don’t feel bad, because EJ Russell didn’t write this book..
I’m baffled. I usually cannot tolerate listening to JL, but this author had a slew of free books, so I gave it a try. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST BOOK, I SUGGEST GOOGLING WHAT ORDER TO READ THEM IN, BECAUSE THE DOZENS OF CAMEOS, MENTIONS, MEMORIES — THROUGHOUT THE SERIES — IS VERY CONFUSING.

I am feeling very discontent after finishing Mr. Collins in Love. The story ends very abruptly and leaves me feeling unsatisfied, as if someone has ripped the last quarter of the pages from my book.
