4 Stars I loved Rafferty and Stan to bits, but they were really frustrating! I wanted to knock some sense into them for most of the book. I got where they were coming from, but really, the miscommunication between them dragged endlessly and the whole thing with Bennett, Stan’s boyfriend, made me want to scream. ..

It is easy to follow, uses multiple viewpoints, and a great way to relax. if you like supernatural book series, this is a good one.

Cat Sebastian is wonderful as ever at charming dialogue and convincing chemistry. Great pacing, and lovely side characters too. “So, stay. Let’s have supper, and bad dreams, and visit piglets.” I love them, your honor!!
Second book from this author and I should have stopped at the first. Everything is explained as if the reader has the comprehension of a Fourth Grader. Including a character tells a joke and then explains why it’s funny. The narrator didn’t bother me (too much) as other reviews noted. At least he tried to..
