If you love theatre, get this book. This is far-fetched, but things were different back in the day. I loved the premise, I loved the humor, the performance was outstanding, multiple voices. Just get it!

I want these characters as my friends! Lots of laughs and some tears, all brought to life by the incredible talents of Joel Leslie, THE best narrator out there.
I found the story compelling & engaging. It is probably the longest book that I’ve listened to, but it didn’t seem long. The only issue was the narration. To me, I found it distracting at times because the voice didn’t seem appropriate for the character. But, the story was good enough to overcome the shortcomings.
