This book was so fun to listen to. The narration was good. The characters were witty, lots of laughs throughout. Right amount of spice.

Wit, snark, lovely world building, and characters you can truly care about. I came into this book completely blind knowing nothing about the author or narrator, and could not be more pleased. On to book three!

Not as good as the first two in the series. Lots of continued world building, which is pretty good, but the main characters both need a lot of work. They are so distasteful through the middle that I almost didn’t finish.

I found this to be a good story with a woman who is not wispy or willowy, but has a figure that is fuller and appreciated. Reality, is a nice change.

world building was great, plot twists were catching you on the edge. I really didn’t like that there were sexy scenes with everyone except the main characters ever, it’s just skipped over! why? maybe in the 2nd book? I will try and see.

the narration wasn’t good, borderline bad. the cadence was bad, the voices were grating.It’s possible I would’ve given the story a better rating if it were narrated by someone else.I finished it because I’m stubborn, not because I enjoyed it.

I always enjoy Tal Bauer. Intrigue, excitement, love. Highly recommended. it was difficult for me to put it down.
