Keeps you guessing!

Loved the four stories (particularly the first two and the last one). She’s so good at keeping you guessing. And I love the romance added in with it.
The suspense of this story was great, romance aspect not so much. But, I did not enjoy Ethan’s character to sound so blah and boring.
This was a larger than life archeological adventure a la Indiana Jones, with a healthy side of romance. While firmly entrenched in the archeology community with a strong family tradition of it, Kit Sawyer has always stayed on the sidelines with research thanks to his long history of epileptic seizures. That all changes when he’s..
This was a charming but predictable short story (originally part of one of the Heart-to-Heart anthologies). It’s told entirely from Freddy’s POV and while that works, I would have liked more from Darcy. Freddy and Darcy are oblivious best friends, both pining for each other until Freddy is finally prodded to see the truth by..
I love these type of stories, where romance is present but not the main thing and the adventure part was thrilling. Kit and Ethan, loved these two together, their banter was cute and chemistry undeniable. Narrator did a good job with all the voices and made this story a very entertaining listen.
The story was more of a great fun adventure with a sprinkling of romance. We’ve got the ex step brothers trope and over protectiveness along with some miss communication. There’s a good amount of adventure with a hero who’s not your typical hero type. He’s never really gone on an expedition even though the rest..
A horrid, poorly written romance novel masquerading as a clumsily plotted thriller. A controlling, unkind, cruel, promiscuous male lead, paired with a ‘damsel in distress’, female lead with no agency, independence, assertiveness or presence. All of this makes for a horrible, Victorian era-esque set-up that’s very off-putting. He abuses her verbally and emotionally, and borderline,..
The story was good and in the first book of the series, I loved Joel Leslie and really didn’t like the other narrator. I think he’s done his homework though because he was much better in this book. Not on Joel Leslie’s caliber, but few are.
This was a short and cute romance with some Austen inspiration. We’ve got Freddie and Darcy and Freddie is a tour guide with Darcy as the driver. Freddie has been in love with his best friend Darcy for such a long time but doesn’t think he has a chance. And now he’s trying to move..
