Not sure what the author was looking to achieve in their choice of events to tell of Cole Porter. The affected reading made it that much worse.
I loved Buckeye when I read it. Hearing it brought to life by Dan and Joel gave it new depth and even more love and emotion. They did an outstanding job with an amazing story. This is one I’ll listen to again and again!
I am a huge Joel Leslie fan. He never fails to make me laugh. Even when Snow was in tough situations, he, always made everything dramatically better or worse just by his voice (tone and intonation). He is the funniest and most entertaining narrator I have ever listened to.
Believable storyline. Well read. Engaging plot, and just plain fun. You won’t be disappointed unless you are looking for a steamy romance.
