Tal Bauer always makes me cry. Combined with Joel Leslie’s emotional narration, this book is lethal. I loved how JL voiced Tom. The sheer emotion in his voice was devastating in the best ways.
This is the book that made me love Joel Leslie. The emotions when he voiced Ethan! His pain and his doubts! It was heart wrenching!

Gosh!!! Joel Leslie has a knack for bringing out the anguish of the characters. When he voices Ash, you can feel every bit of pain and doubt and indecision that plagues him. His desperation and his need and everything in between. I’m in awe of his talent!
