This author kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire story…even through the parts where I wanted to look away. Once again the author has no problem with primary characters going through devastating events that aren’t always ok at the end. Suspenseful complicated plot that doesn’t get lost in the details. Sweet and romantic
Review from Miz Dusty Le Frey →
I gave this book a try because I was familiar with the narrator from other books. He did not disappoint, and I was consistently impressed with his ability to embody very different characters. As for the book itself, this is a love story, but not just one of romantic love. Yes, there is plenty of..
Love love love!!!
Review from French Fancy →
I can’t believe Pip was first introduced to Lily’s fandom as a side character in her newsletter offering and grabbed my heart so much from the start (and everyone else’s) to the point he got himself his own book and HEA! He is such a softie wrapped up in barbed wire and a sharp tongue..
Loved it

Narration was a bad choice
Review from Return of the Witch →
I do not like when a series changes narrators but it is understandable that things happen and a change is needed. This narrator overdramatizes the entire book. I almost could not even listen but I wanted to know what happens after being invested in these characters. That is the ONLY reason I didn’t return it.
Interesting characters.

I don’t normally review anything. In fact this is the first time I’ve done this. But there was something about this book that really moved me. The humor in the spicy bits. The genuine care that the characters had for each other. And the narrator really brought it to life. I mean is it Wuthering..
best narrator!
