The spicy since definitely will get you a little hot. You will most likely cry out of sadness and joy. It was a good twist on the Dracula story. I enjoyed the things they brought from the original book.

…take on a very current topic—the use of AI, inextricably intertwined with concepts of human emotion, love , loneliness and hope. Gawd, I loved this so much. Expertly crafted by Ms. Walker and so strongly delivered by Joel Leslie. Terrific. They make a great duo.
This book (series) is so much more than it looks. Don’t judge a book by its cover bc the story, relationships, and characters were all great! For a book with some dark themes, it was pretty fun at times too! I really hope there is more of Pyke’s story and I hope we learn more..
I never write reviews but this book (series) is great! It’s not JUST alien smut! The characters are great. Be warned that there are definitely trigger warnings!
This book is not just alien smut (although that is in there). The world building is good, the themes are dark, and the characters and lovable. There should be a trigger warning for suicidal ideations, rape, and some other dark thoughts and themes. Also, the narrator was fabulous!
I think the dialogue in these books is clever, and the stories are terrific. I’m looking forward to more.

It’s an interesting story until the repetitious, drawn out descriptions set in. It could be so much shorter without losing anything.
