I absofreakinglutely loved it! Such a perfect ending and some things I did not see coming so I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend but you must start with Demons Do It Better for it all to make sense.
As I love this series so much I sure enjoyed the book! it’s even better than I remembered.I enjoyed the narration even if JL chose a kind of voices I don’t really like.

An in-depth story that touches the soul. Meaning, Riley tends to lean on the PG side of storylines when so much more could be brought into the story. While Joel’s performance isn’t perfect, he’s by far a better choice than some other performers chosen to narrate her books . . . like Sean.
I was just so so pleased with this charming historical fiction romance. 1958 really was not that long ago… A gay love story with a happy ending during this time period is just uterly healing in some way.
