This book was perfect on all counts. The back and forth between and English and Irish accent was awesome. Lily’s writing was an easy flow, great storyline and engaging characters. I loved all of her pop culture references. I was laughing out loud! Can’t wait to read/listen to more of her books.

A slow burn friends to lovers story with mc in late 40’s and early 50’s. One of my all time favorite listens. Love the friendship/relationship development of these mm characters. Very funny and full of dry sarcastic humor/snark. This is definitely going to be a relisten.Relisten: It’s even better the second time ❤️

The male MC of this series is so naive and brainless. I figured out the bad guys early on. The MM smexy times were extra graphic and steamy. Only good parts really. Are you sure this YA? Lol
