I liked both Christopher and Snow, I first listened to this book as part of the boxset of Havenheart books, but this one is definitely my favourite as the MCs and their relationship are just my jam. Both narrators were great.

This is so lovely! There is very little plot, it’s a roadtrip, afterall, but it is so satisfying! Great characters felt very real, the romance was sweet and very satisfying. Great narration from Joel, really fit the mood of the book.

I liked the set-up, I read several really enjoyable fanfics with a similar premise, but the execution here fell kinda flat. The characters were not very likeable and I wasn’t feeling the romance. Also, the idea that in the future people will still work 9-5 all week is kinda disappointing!

The setting and the whole atmosphere was very reminiscent of Agatha Christie books. Very enjoyable. Was very intrigued by a subplot hinted at in regards to background characters.
This was different than any of the previous NR Walker books I’ve read or listened to and it was a nice surprise. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
