I really think I didn’t like this from the description of the story but once I read it I got hooked oh my God the romance the suspense I had to immediately buy the next book the passion is unbelievable

the male voice over sounded haughty and pretentious…not at all like his character. The book felt like a first part of a bigger story…quite anticlimactic

Love the fact that we still get to see the original romance still going on a bit at the end but now getting a better look at Eli. Can’t wait for the next book. I will say I was slightly disappointed they didn’t have the same person reading this book as the previous ones but..

It’s good once you get past the narrator. I really enjoyed it but his voice made me sleepy.

After listening to the author’s previous series with a different narrator it was disconcerting to hear old characters with new voices. Disappointing and threw me out of the story several times. The story is worth the read but I think I’ll stick with the books vice the narration.

I love all of Charlie’s books, but this narrator has to go. He sounds like he’s reading it ironically.

I enjoyed this story so much! This whole series has quickly become one of my favorites. I absolutely adore the narration. Top notch, couldn’t ask for more.

I wanted to like it… the premise was good but the narration just made me CRINGE! And the use of the “F” bomb was annoying. It was said so much it made me feel like there was a huge lack of imagination and vocabulary.
