I thought I knew a lot about the animal world until I listened to this audiobook. It’s both entertaining and very educational. In many ways, it turns the research we’ve been taught about animal/bird/insect science on its head. I highly recommend it!

The narrator is so unbelievably inconsistent with his narration voice that I found it Al it’s impossible to listen. The only reason I finished was that I was already invested in this incredible world that EJ has created.
I think Joel Leslie is very talented with accents and voice acting. Unfortunately, I feel he needs to focus more on *reading* and less on the acting & animation involved. It was okay. The 2nd half they made Tom too mentally & physically weak – this man would have been anything but a damsel in distress. Joel Leslie can be a good voice, but it makes me cringe when he makes the characters voice shake like an old person.
