AJ Sherwood has become an author I almost always read and while im still working through some of her older titles this was probably one of the first I read or listened to. I like Urban fantasy like Patricia Briggs and love lgbt+ reads so I picked this up on a sale a wh8le back..
I enjoyed the story, fun different perspectives with one plot, and Joel Leslie should be sainted.

Love a good late in life discovering more to your sexuality. These two MCs were adorable and I loved their ease of transition from friends to lovers. Neither of these narrators are my preferred but they did do a good job portraying the mcs emotions.

This book was so good. I also fell in love with Cal’s brother’s especially Harlow. It just so happens his book is next in the series so of course I bought it halfway through the first book lol. I cannot wait to listen to his story!!
