I’m sorry but the reader’s voices and accents are everywhere. a mix between lowbrow and high… smokers cough/old.. and I’m assuming an attempt to memic northeast fishermen due to the town being on the coast of the northeast. both men and women in the novel suffer from the mix… even the two MCs are unrecognizable..
Fun, flirty, and fabulous! One of those books that just sucks you in from the beginning, first with the familiarity of the characters, then with the ridiculous and funny storyline, and with the pace of the book that makes you want to know what comes next, so much that you don’t want to put it..

I really wanted to like this book. The actual storyline was a good one, but I really have an issue with the “comedy “ part of the book. The snark and banter is annoying and so unnecessary.

I initially wasn’t so sure about the series but I definitely am glad i took the chance and listened to both books completely. I definitely recommend this series but am really upset there isn’t more???
