i liked the first 3 books in the series, but this is boringly superficial and lacking in story and depth. it is insta love, a hurried plot and a lot of unnecessary explanations, explicit sex and a lot of clichéd romance. i got to chapter 28, and although i like the narrator and he did..

River, a drag queen, proposed that Zeph, an MMA fighter, offer protection at an upcoming show. These two had a 10 day romance years ago and this story is their second chance romance. I loved this second book on the series by E. Davies. The narration by Joel Leslie made this 5-star story even better!
A Gay Trans Man falls in love
Review from Flaunt →
This is the first romance story I’ve had the pleasure of listening to about a gay trans man falling love. Nic and Kyle’s story was well developed and had realistic issues about bigotry and HIV awareness. I absolutely love Joel Leslie’s narration (always do) which made this great 5-star story even better, if possible.
I really enjoyed this audiobook, although I thought the murderer was somewhat obvious and overlooked from the beginning. Despite thinking this (and suspecting this person was the killer), I enjoyed the humorous and embarrassing situations young young John Pickett finds himself in. He obviously has little experience with the workings of upper society, politics, or..
Super addition

Another great story by E Davies. River and Zeph were great to get to know, was crossing my fingers the whole time that they will work it out. Joel Leslie was a superstar with the narration. Nice to see more of the LGBTQ+ groups mentioned. This book was given to me for free at my..
“Flaunt” is very much a book of self-acceptance, self-expression, and finding the courage to fully embrace the unique person you’re meant to be. One of my favorite aspects of this story is how Kyle is so unapologetically himself, which sets a brilliant example for his young son and helps inspire Nic to venture outside of..
Oh my goodness, this book was so hard to put down! I have listened to many of the books in this series but this one by far was more intense and, yes, was a true nail-biter. In book 10, John and Julia are newly married and expecting when he finds out that he has a..
Superb story and performance

I found E. Davies through the Hart’s Bay series and two things made those books and the author forever after a one click buy and those were the characters and the world building. Davies’ characters are always alive for me. I can see and hear them the instant they appear on the page. Here, Nic..
A sweet romance
