This audiobook had been on my wishlist for a while. The narrator for Max was fantastic, the other for Jordan was annoying and whiney to match that character. I thought I would get over being irritated but the end if the book came and I’m still dissatisfied. This book would have translated so much better..
worth reading overall but MC is just too weak, nothing about him stands out. Just wondering who is going to save him next.
This was a very pleasant surprise, the premises was interesting the MC’s were very likable and the relationship that grew was well done. I wasn’t expecting the creep factor and it added a very nice touch, very interesting. As always Joel Leslie was a pleasure.

I found this story really frustrating. I think it was because most of the characters especially the queer men seemed to all suffer from toxic masculinity where as all but two women seemed to be manipulative gossips. I felt continually let down by the characters. In some ways I think it deals with real issues..
