I loved the story, the plot, the concept. I was very excited for audible to recommend a dragon- human romance to me, but unfortunately the author takes the easy way out with having the dragon take on human form.

I love love love love loveeeeeeee this book. If you’re on the fence, trust me and get it.

I like the way Lady Fieldhurst and John keep meeting outside of London. The charactors are fun to listen to and along with the situations bringing Lady Fieldhurst and John closer together

I’m glad John Pickett does a great job of solving crimes, because he would not survive as a footman. Enjoyed the story and the narration.

I enjoyed listening to this story, although I had already read the book on my kindle. Joel Froomkin did a fine narration. And I always enjoy a mystery that I don’t figure out on my own.

I had such a hard time differentiating between Leo and Roman because the voices were so similar. I’m not sure why the narrator felt it necessary to talk like his appendix were about to burst? While it’s an emotional story, there was only one sad emotion emitted by the narrator… even during happy scenes. Choices..
