Such an amazing story! When listening to this book way past my bedtime and trying to hush my laughter as to not wake up my husband, well that’s just great writing and narration.
I loved the characters and the story. A compelling story needs a good narrator and Joel Leslie is one of the best. The accents and emotion were spot on. This one is well worth a credit.
I made it 15 minutes in and noped my way out. I don’t know if it was the story or the narration–possibly both. I just couldn’t get into at all.
The story was good however the narrator had a very annoying voice and I found it difficult to listen to
I love the store but the narrator sounds like he is about to cry the whole time. I don’t like his voice had to stop the audible and brought the book in print. I’ve listened to many of Riley Hart’s books love them all but the narrators are not top notch this guy is the..
I am a Riley Hart fan, but this one didn’t work for me. It’s intense, and throughout the entire book Roman and Leo both worry internally that they are not going to be together. There are some nice moments, and it seems obvious they are meant to be together, but for me it was painful..
This entire series by Isla Olsen is comedy gold if you’re looking for great friends, hot sex and lots of laughs along the way to wonderful HEAs. Joel Leslie is one of my favourite MM narrators and does a good job bringing Heath and the entire Kelly clan to life.
What a disappointment. It was overly melodramatic and sappy that I almost stopped listening a couple times. Romance is great, but non-stop irrelevant drama and over the top teenage-like romance is not; Not to mention the ludicrous cliff-hanger ending. A cliff-hanger is a sign of a low skilled writer! I won’t be reading any other..
That book is grating. Someone should tell the narrator that the ’80s called. They want their overly dramatic gay guys back. I’m looking for a print version of this story.
