Beautiful stories with beautiful storytelling. If you want to cry listen to the last story first. Thank you to the author for sharing how that story came to be.
This has been a long awaited sequel, and an even longer awaited audiobook. when I first started the series, there were 3 books so I wrongly assumed it was a completed trilogy. I then had to wait several years for this to finally come out, periodically checking to make sure the author hadn’t died (it..
Such a cute story very light and refreshing! Will be reading the other books ! The male voice is weird at first but you get used to it quickly don’t understand the bad reviews !
I have found my new favorite book. This book had my attention throughout the whole book. I just really love how the characters are so well written and how they show their emotions
Okay so this is my second Morales series. This one didn’t hit quite as hard as Raised by Wolves, but it absolutely was lighthearted for the most part. Buckeye was sweet and hit a bit more in my feels than the other titles. All of this series had the HEA and followed typical pattern but..
My only complaint is, thays not how you end a book! now I have to wait forever to listen to the next one!
I genuinely love this series. it’s everything anyone could want out of a reluctant pulp detective, dripping with 20s glitz and thrilling tension. Not to mention the fact I’m always starving for queer stories that features queer folks as well rounded characters just living life. the time and effort spent on research shows and shines…
I had high hopes for The Unseelie Prince, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its hype. The story felt overly familiar, relying on played out fae tropes without adding anything fresh or exciting. The romance, which seemed to be the main focus, came off as forced and lacked genuine chemistry. I don’t usually mind..
This is another winner by Lily Morton and especially with the added voice work from Joel Leslie. Second impressions sometimes make up for the failures in the first. And this is a story of how the first impression was definitely not favorable but getting to know someone opens up so many doors. Loved the story..
I really like the story. The book it’s self drew me in. Unfortunately I’m not a big fan of either narrator. Their voices erked me and I had a hard time distinguishing between characters.
