Morton & Leslie do it again! 5+ stars!

Review from Gideon →

Ah, how I loved revisiting this third and final book in the Finding Home trilogy, only this time around in audio form, and if it’s one thing I’ve learned from experience, the combination of Lily Morton’s writing and Joel Leslie’s narration is the stuff aural dreams are made of. Gideon is the story of thirty-nine-year-old..

I love this story so hard!

Review from Gideon →

Gideon MMy Thoughts Confessions and Review: Confession: I worried when the story began that I had finally found an MC created by Morton that would not find his way into my heart. I should know better than this by now, And I shall never be a “Doubting Thomas,” again. The worldwide heartthrob of screen and..

Quickly becoming my new favorite

Review from Gideon →

This series was my introduction to Lily Morton and I am quickly becoming a huge fan. I love the quirkiness to her characters and the ability to forge relationships between two opposite characters. Some of the characters we have met in prior story lines, like Gideon, and they continue to grow. Surprises to on what’s..

a really enjoyable opposites attract romance

Review from Gideon →

This was an excellent grump versus sunshine book about finally allowing your true self to be seen and allowing that self to be loved. The interactions between Gideon and Eli were funny and, at times, heartbreaking. Joel Leslie’s narration was spot on.

EXCELLENT Reader

Review from Hither Page →

the reader’s voices for the different characters are distinct and appropriate for their personalities. I am amazed at how he does it. also an excellent story, I teared up by the end.

So worth the listen

Review from Gideon →

I loved this so much. I think I spent the first 3rd of the story laughing my ass off, then just enjoying the evolving relationship between Gideon and Eli. I loved Eli’s easy way and his snark. Gideon was moody, broody, and glass half empty, until Eli showed up as his nurse and changed the..

A Mixed Bag

Review from Manners and Mannerisms →

There are things I love about this story, and things I… don’t. Tanya Chris is an excellent writer, and this historical romance, while largely predictable, addresses homosexuality in its historical context in a highly satisfying wish-fulfillment fashion. The thing that kept me from truly being able to enjoy the audio version was the blended American-English..

Another fantastic performance by Joel Leslie.

Review from Milo →

I love Lily Morton’s work and Joel Leslie does a fantastic job of bringing her well developed, beautiful, snarky, sassy, deeply human characters to life. Milo and Niall are great characters and the story is a beautiful example of how patient and unconditional love brings out the best in each of us.

My favorite, so far, N. R.!

Review from On Davis Row →

Thank you, N.R. Walker, for this wonderful and touching story. You dealt with the hard stuff just right, and let me enjoy the mushy stuff too. I felt that this book had more depth, substance, twists and turns than the other books of yours that I’ve read, though I’ve read and reread several of them…
